CADE is undergoing a multi-year audit led by a consultant to help us inventory our current programs, and make recommendations on how we might adapt or create new programs that support inclusivity and equity, and strengthen our internal systems to support change management. The audit will include recommendations for how CADE can offer partnership and/or allyship to BIPOC-led agricultural agencies, and help us identify how we can drive white allyship among our majority white producer clients and staff.
