Description of Services
The Wholesale Producer Readiness Program was implemented in 2014. The program offers technical assistance mainly regarding food safety education to many socially disadvantage and underserved farms including veteran farmers in Hudson Valley and New York. Our programs were generally focused on Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) trainings, as well as one-on-one technical assistance with farms seeking GAPs audits, FSMA compliance, or general food safety information.
The New or Beginning Farmer Program provides one-on-one technical assistance and classes for new farmers and landowners who are seeking to add commercial agriculture ventures to their property.

Additional Information
I have worked with farmers for over five years and I enjoy my work when I am able to offer any help a farmer approach me with such as land access, soil testing, farm business plan writing, farm food safety plan writing, passing GAPs audit and FSMA regulatory compliance among others.
