Description of Services
The Agriculture Program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County provides support to agricultural stakeholders through education (educational programs, newsletters, one-on-one consultations, diagnoses) and applied research. We assist growers with education on general production, business management, regulatory compliance, pest management, and best management practices for environmental stewardship. We have Specialists with expertise in the following areas: Vegetable/Potato, Greenhouse/Floriculture, Viticulture, Nursery/Landscape, Entomology, Agricultural Stewardship.
