Founder Megan Harris-Pero is a LEAD New York Class 16 Graduate. LEAD New York is an agricultural leadership program organized by Cornell University to develop leaders in the field. Megan started the firm with a desire to help farmers. Megan also serves on the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Stewardship Association, an organization that conserves farmland. Megan and her team assist many agricultural clients and have collaborated with Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Development Corporation (HVADC), Adirondack Land Trust, NYC GreenMarkets, NY FarmNet and many other farming organizations. Our team also includes paralegal, Annie Vigiliante (a former 4Her).

Most of our clients live in the Capital Region, the Adirondacks, or the Hudson Valley.  We have clients in other parts of New York state that we work with remotely as much as possible.  We are willing to travel to you if desired. We charge a travel stipend of 1/2 of our hourly rate for such travel.
